1st Manatee Bank is committed to safeguarding your personal information. This notice describes our privacy policy and how we handle and protect your personal information. This notice is required by the Federal Financial Privacy Law (15 U.S.C. 6801-6810).
When we use the words “you” and “your”, we mean any consumer or customer who has a continuing relationship with us, such as a deposit account, loan or credit card, safe deposit box or self-directed IRA were we act as custodian or trustee, or retail installment contract that we hold and service.

We endeavor to keep our customer files complete and accurate. We provide you with access to your account information through various means such as account statements, telephone banking, and Internet Banking. If you ever find that your account information is incomplete, inaccurate or not current, please call or write us at the telephone number or address listed on your account statement or other bank record. We will promptly update or correct any erroneous information.
Customers will be notified in advance of any change in the policies contained in this notice.
